We are currently looking for a Full Time Bookkeeper who has experience with QuickBooks Online and Desktop and Personal Income Tax preparation.

Desired Skills and Experience

 

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper, with 2+ years of experience to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. You must be able to keep clients' books up to date, by processing Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Deposits, Accounts reconciliation, Payroll, Month End and Year End wrap up process, Filing, Government Remittances and Reporting in a timely manner.

 

The successful candidate need to be skilled in the tools of the trade: Advanced Experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, Ufile/Profile, Word and Excel. Just as important, you need excellent communications and project management skills, impeccable attention to detail, extraordinary time management ability, a can-do attitude, be able to talk on the phone, and love helping businesses succeed.

 

2 years Experience with one of the accounting software (QuickBooks Online/Desktop) is mandatory. Preference will be given to those with experience working in a multi-client environment.

 

Ultimately, a successful Bookkeeper must be a great team player and will ensure that the company’s daily functions run effectively and efficiently.
